A fellow artist that I had just met complemented me on my earrings last night. I told him in the past I had long hair and no one ever noticed my earrings so I decided to shave off my hair to make it easier to see them, so I was happy that he liked them [I think I may have made a new friend]
I have a painting for sale in a group show and the opening was last night at the Seventh Annual Five15 Arts Power Of 5 on grand avenue. Lots of people coming thru, it was a overwhelming as it was really my first outing other than lunch or dinner. Afterwards we popped into the Phoenix Art Museum that was also packed with people. We didn't stay long but it sure was nice to see so many folks out getting cultured.
A nice way to spend our 32nd anniversary!
